• 2.5 Billion pounds of fabric waste are produced by the Fashion Industry alone.

• Now, the fashion industry infamously stands at the 2nd position when it comes to water pollution.

• Workers are being ill-treated in most developing countries to the extent that their lives are of no value. Protests regarding the same only lead to more harassment  and violence.

• Due to constant overconsumption, fashion has now become a throw-away commodity.

• Right from the cotton-growing farms, the exploitation of workers and consumers alike begins in the form of potential health hazards.
